These are some of the data obtained in the survey that lastminute.com has carried out to find out how Spaniards combine their moments of relaxation with their work, family and domestic obligations, and to better understand how Spaniards manage their stress.

According to the responses of those surveyed, when specifying the causes of stress, 46% of those surveyed blame excessive professional work, while only 9% indicate domestic chores as the cause.

The difficulty of combining work life with personal and family life
